Into 2016

2016 has a nice ring to it. I brought in the new year cozy in bed watching a film with a glass of red wine with the rest of my family already snug asleep.  On the 1st of the year we had a party, the highlights of which were preparing with my husband (we love to host), other children arriving and my son’s glee to play with other children in the den and yard and sitting by the fire pit watching the flames in lightly falling snow.
